Ladies Networking

Are you looking to meet like-minded business women in the Tamworth area?

Then why not come along to one of our monthly Ladies Networking at The Mill meetings – we meet on the 2nd Friday of each month from 12.30 – 2.30pm at our offices in Fazeley, Tamworth.

Who are Ladies Networking at The Mill?

Ladies Networking at The Mill was launched by Sharon Louca in October 2016. Sharon has received invaluable support and advice over the years from the local business community she has met through attending business networking meetings. By attending regularly and building relationships Sharon found this then led on to business referrals that have been the key to growing her business into the Award winning success it is today.

As a result of Sharon’s success from networking she now wants to give that opportunity to other ladies who have either made that first step into this ‘new world’ and needs advice and support. They may be an established business who are looking to network with like-minded women. Sharon says “Our meetings are informal and relaxed. Providing an opportunity to chat and share your thoughts and ideas with people who have no doubt been in a similar place to you and can empathise. Who knows who you could meet or who they could introduce you to? A key feature of our meetings are how we can work together. Unlike many business networking groups that operate a one seat policy – meaning only one person from each profession can attend. We actively encourage any women in business to attend our meetings – many collaborations have been formed as a result of our meetings. For example we have had several coaches attend over the years – As a coach you may work with women, children, families, schools, businesses – we have found that open the services offered by our coaches can compliment each other and can provide an opportunity for joint projects. We are all about Collaboration over Competition.

When do Ladies Networking at The Mill meet?

We meet on a monthly basis generally the 2nd Friday of the month and normally between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.

All businesses are welcome we operate on a pay as you go basis with no joining fees. We do not have a one seat policy and have found relationships formed through synergy have been a great success in this group.

Hi I am Sharon Louca the founder of Ladies Networking at The Mill. I have been supporting businesses of all sizes with their admin tasks since 2009. in 2014 I also formed ISO Expertise Limited which helps businesses to implement and maintain quality and environmental management systems certified to International Business Standards ISO9001 and ISO14001.
